Wayne Romanowski is a 20 year veteran of the entertainment industry whose work includes theatre, cinema, concerts, industrials, dance and television. He has toured professionally and served as the production stage manager for both the Delaware Symphony Orchestra and Russian Ballet Theatre (former principles of Donetsk Ballet), as Main Light's lead technician for their SoftLED and HardLED line of products based on Color Kinetics' LED technologies and held the house position of Technical Director for two of the touring theaters at the University of Delaware.

    Wayne's technical production credits are extensive and include working as a video and LED display technician with illustrious end clients such as Sony Pictures, MTV, TBS, Microsoft, Acura Motors, Dell Computers and Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. He has worked extensively in theatre and dance including Broadway productions, regional, local and touring productions.

    In addition to the hundreds of lighting and scenic designs Wayne is credited with during his tenure at the University of Delaware, the Delaware Symphony and Russian Ballet Theatre, Wayne has numerous design credits with regional theatre and dance companies and regularly designs for City Theater, Philadelphia Theatre Workshop and Riverfront Audio Visual.

    A member of Local 284 of the International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE), Wayne is eligible to work under a pink contract and on yellow card productions.
